How this helps you
You see all your accounts on one page instead of logging in to each bank.
Build me a private Page with one dashboard across my connected accounts: current balances, spending by category this month vs last month, and the 10 largest transactions. Add charts. Refresh it every Monday at 8am and don't share it with anyone.
What they did
@Texas_Twins_Dad connected his bank accounts and X Money, and Grok Bot built one dashboard across all of them with charts. It can analyse spending too. Asked how, he replied that the prompt was simply 'make dashboard for my X Money'. In another post he asked his Bot to make a dashboard for his Bots.
Who it's for: Anyone with money spread across several accounts.
How to try it
- Connect your finance accounts from Connect apps. X Money connects in one tap from a chat, the connector page or checkout (changelog).
- Start small with his prompt: make dashboard for my X Money.
- Then ask for one Page across all connected accounts with the charts you want (balances, spending by category, month over month).
- Check the totals against your bank app once before trusting it.
- Pin it in the Bot's Library so it stays at the top.
- Add a routine to refresh it, for example weekly. Pages only update when the Bot updates them.
- Keep it private. Don't share finance pages by link.
What to expect
One dashboard across your accounts that you open from the Bot's Library, refreshed weekly.
Common mistakes
- Sharing it with 'Anyone with the link'. Anyone with the address can open it without signing in.
- Expecting it to refresh on its own without a routine.
- Not checking totals once. Spend totals in other currencies were only fixed in 0.78 (changelog).
Related tips
- Build a recurring charges page from your email receipts: One prompt turns receipt emails into a subscriptions page with totals, duplicates and a privacy toggle.
- A Monday money check routine: Renewals, higher bills and price drops in one short list. Nothing bought without your yes.
- How Pages stay up to date (and what they cannot do): Pages are not live: a routine rewrites them. Know the limits before you build many.
- Share a Page by link, and know who can see and edit it: Anyone-with-the-link pages open without sign-in, viewers cannot edit, and team sharing needs a Teams plan.
Worth knowingPages is rolling out gradually. He asked for a way to pin favourite dashboards; the 0.75.2 changelog added Pinned items in the Library. Per the changelog, Bots ask before sharing bank or brokerage data anywhere else.
