Build a recurring charges page from your email receipts

Intermediate, 10 minutes

One prompt turns receipt emails into a subscriptions page with totals, duplicates and a privacy toggle.

How this helps you

You find duplicate and unused subscriptions from receipts you already have.

✦ Try it
Build a Page of every recurring charge in my [business] inbox receipts: monthly total, categories, likely duplicates or overlaps, and anything that looks unused. Add a privacy toggle that blurs amounts and merchants.

What they did

Kacper Rutkiewicz had his CFO Bot build a page of every subscription his business pays for. It shows a monthly recurring total, spend by category, stopped and lapsed charges, likely duplicates and overlaps, and possibly unused tools. It also has a privacy mode that blurs amounts and merchants, which he asked for so he could record the video. He says a bank connection is optional: receipts go to your email, so connecting Gmail or Outlook is enough. He checked the results against his bank statements and says they matched.

Who it's for: Freelancers and small businesses with many subscriptions.

How to try it

  1. Connect the inbox that gets your receipts.
  2. Ask for a page of every recurring charge, with a monthly total and flags for duplicates and unused tools.
  3. Ask for a privacy toggle if you will show it to anyone.
  4. Check a few lines against your statements.

What to expect

A page with totals, a category chart and a list of flags to review.
