How this helps you
Results arrive as a page you can reopen, share and keep updated, instead of a long chat message.
Make a page that [purpose], with [a table / chart / short recommendation]. Keep it private.
What they did
Official from @bot: ask your Bot for a report, memo or dashboard and it builds it as a page you can edit together, or the Bot keeps it up to date for you. The help page adds: pages live in each Bot's Library (click the Bot's name, then Library), you can pin them, and a new page is private until you share it. To change a page, ask the Bot; filters and switches on a page only change your view.
How to try it
- Update the app (0.60.0 or later on desktop, 1.14.0 or later on phone, per the help page).
- Ask for a page and say what it's for and what should be on it.
- Open it from the card in chat, or later from the Bot's Library.
- Ask the Bot to change it while it's open, in the panel beside it.
- Pin the ones you use most.
Common mistakes
- Expecting it to refresh on its own. Ask the Bot or set a routine to update it.
- Sharing with 'Anyone with the link' when it holds anything private.
Related tips
- How Pages stay up to date (and what they cannot do): Pages are not live: a routine rewrites them. Know the limits before you build many.
- Build a crew dashboard of what every Bot is doing: A Page that shows which Bots need you, which are busy and which are idle, rebuilt every morning.
- Share a Page by link, and know who can see and edit it: Anyone-with-the-link pages open without sign-in, viewers cannot edit, and team sharing needs a Teams plan.
Worth knowingRolling out gradually and not yet on Enterprise teams. Shared pages are listed under Shared Canvases on your Cursor dashboard, where you can change who sees them or delete them. @jangro made a showcase of every Pages element.
