tibot: one sorted digest of everything said about you on X

Beginner, 10 minutes

A marketplace Bot that finds posts about you or your keywords, tagged or not, and sends one short sorted digest a day. It never posts for you.

How this helps you

You see every conversation about you once a day without scrolling X or missing posts that didn't tag you.

✦ Try it
Watch X for posts about [handle] and these keywords: [keywords], whether I'm tagged or not. Send me one short digest every [schedule], sorted by what needs a reply from me first. Skip spam, translate anything not in English, and say nothing if there's nothing new. Never post, reply or like anything.

Fill in: [handle] is your X handle. [keywords] are names, products or topics to track. [schedule] is daily or hourly.

What they did

Lauren Tan (@poteto) shared tibot, the Bot she uses to keep up with her X account. It finds every post about you or any keywords you choose, whether you're tagged or not, and gives you one short, sorted digest a day (or hourly if you prefer). It skips spam and noise, translates posts that aren't in English, can block trolls and abusive accounts, and never posts for you. She still writes all her own posts by hand. The marketplace listing adds that it stays quiet when nothing is new, and that blocking needs you to connect your own X API app.

Who it's for: Founders, creators and anyone with a brand on X who misses untagged mentions.

Before you start

How to try it

  1. Open tibot in the marketplace (link on this page) and import it.
  2. Tell it your handle and keywords when it asks, and how often you want the digest (daily is the default).
  3. Read the first digest and tell it what was noise, so it can tighten the filter.
  4. Only if you need it: connect your own X API app and agree the rules for blocking with it before turning blocking on.
  5. Leave posting to yourself; tibot never posts for you.

What to expect

One message a day with a few sections, such as Needs a reply, Mentions without a tag, and Translated, each with a one-line summary and the post link.

Two habits that make usage last: batch requests, send words not screenshots

Every message makes a Bot reread the chat, so send related requests together, skip 'thanks' replies, and paste text or cropped images instead of full screenshots and PDFs.

How this helps you The same work uses fewer messages and less image reading, so your weekly usage goes further without dropping any jobs.

Let your Bot cancel free trials and unused subscriptions

Three built-in templates from 0.78: start a trial and cancel it before it bills, cancel plans you don't use, and watch renewal prices.

How this helps you You stop paying for trials and plans you forgot about, and nothing is cancelled without your OK.

From support form to fix: a webhook, a Bot and a Cursor cloud agent

A support form posts to a webhook, a Bot picks up the ticket, and for bugs it starts a Cursor cloud agent that reproduces the issue, adds a failing test and opens a pull request for an engineer to review.

How this helps you By the time an engineer looks at a bug, it has repro steps, a test and a proposed fix waiting.
